Share your call notes with @mentions

This article will show you how to use @mentions to share notes from a phone call and collaborate with your team

When you finish a call in VXT you can mention a teammate in your notes using the @ key. When you use the @ key the names of your colleagues will be displayed, you can start typing a name or scroll through the list to find the right person. You can @mention one or more colleagues in your notes at once.

Once you hit save, the colleagues you @mentioned will receive a message including your notes and other details from the call. If you @mentioned multiple team mates, your notes and details from the call will be shared in a group chat with all of them.
