Whats an inbox?

The inbox in VXT is your central hub for managing all your conversations and call logs with customers and clients. It’s the first thing you see when you open the VXT app, giving you instant access to all your communications. Here, you can view, organize, and manage your messages efficiently.

The inbox is essential for keeping your communication streamlined, as it allows you to filter messages, create new conversations, and delete old or unnecessary ones, ensuring you stay organized and productive.

How to access and use your inbox

Here’s how to make the most of your inbox:

Access your inbox

  • Open the VXT app.
  • The inbox page is displayed immediately upon login, showing your list of conversations and call logs.

Filter messages

  • To filter messages, click on the funnel-like symbol at the top left corner of the page, located between the new message icon and the vertical triple dot icon.
  • You can filter messages by selecting either unread or read to narrow down your conversations quickly or filter conversations if you have multiple phone numbers.

Create a new message

  • Click on the new message icon at the top left corner of the inbox screen.
  • Enter the recipient’s phone number or select from your contacts.
  • Compose your message and hit send to start a new conversation.

Delete conversations

  • To delete an entire conversation:
    • Select a conversation from the inbox list.
    • Click on the vertical triple dot icon on the left side of the screen.
    • Select delete to remove the conversation.
  • To delete a specific message within a conversation:
    • Open the conversation.
    • Hover over the message you want to delete.
    • On the right side of the screen, click the triple dot icon and select delete for that specific message.

By understanding and utilizing these features, you can keep your inbox clean, organized, and optimized for effective communication with clients and team members.
