How to reset your password

If You Don’t Have Access to Your Current Password

1. Open VXT 
   Launch the VXT app on your desktop.
2. Navigate to sign-in page 
   On the sign-in page, enter your email address associated with your VXT account.
   
3. Click “Forgot Your Password?” 
   Click the “Forgot Your Password?” button and then select “Continue.”
   
4. Receive email for password reset 
   VXT will send a password reset email to the email address you provided.
   
5. Open the password reset email 
   Check your email inbox for a message from VXT. Open the email and click on the link provided to reset your password.
6. Set your new password 
   You will be redirected to a page where you can enter and confirm your new password. Once completed, save your new password.
   
7. Log In with new password 
   With your password reset, you can now log in to your VXT account using your new password.

If you have access to your current password

1. Open VXT application

   Launch the VXT application on your desktop.

2. Go to settings

   Navigate to the settings located in the lower left corner of your screen.

   

3. Select account settings

   In the settings menu, choose “Account”.

   

4. Access actions menu

   Within the account settings, find and select the “Actions” option.

   

5. Change your password

   Click on “Change Your Password.”

   

6. Input current and new password

   Enter your current password, followed by your new password. Confirm the new password and save the changes.
