Hide your caller ID

VXT allows you to hide your Caller ID when making outbound calls. When enabled, your phone number will appear as Private Number to the person you're calling.

This guide shows you how to hide your caller ID for a phone number through:

• User settings
• Admin settings

User settings

1. Go to settings in the bottom left hand corner of your screen.
   

2. Select phone numbers.
   

3. Choose the phone number you want to update. 
   

   
   Note: You can only manage phone numbers that are assigned to you or that you have caller ID access to (Outbound only).

4. Open the calls tab.
   

5. Enable the hide caller ID option.
   

Admin settings

1. Go to admin.
   
2. Select phone numbers.
   
3. Choose the phone number you'd like to configure.
   
4. Open the calls tab.
   
5. Enable the hide caller ID option.
