Upload your logs

This article will guide you through uploading logs in VXT, which helps the support team gather information about any issues you may be experiencing, ensuring they can track down and resolve the problem effectively.

 

If you’re experiencing an issue with VXT, the support team might ask you to upload your logs. This helps us gather more information about the problem, allowing us to track it down and provide a fix.

Follow these steps to upload your logs:

  1. Open VXT application

    Launch the VXT app on your device.

  2. Go to settings

    Navigate to the settings located in the bottom-left hand corner of your screen.

  3. Select account

    In the settings menu, find and select "Account."

  4. Access actions menu

    On the right-hand side of your screen, locate the drop-down button labeled "Actions."

  5. Choose advanced

    From the options presented, select "Advanced."

  6. Upload logs

    A small window will pop up. In the middle of that window, click on "Upload Logs."

And there you go! You’ve successfully uploaded your logs in VXT. This will provide our team with the information they need to help resolve any issues you may be facing.
