Desktop Sound Settings

- When you get an incoming call in VXT, by default the call should ring through all connected audio devices. Check the volume for all connected devices even if your not using them.
VXT’s ringtone volume is based on the device volume. If your laptop speakers are set to 0, you won’t hear the ringtone through them.

- Click on 'Settings' at the bottom left corner of the screen.
- Select 'Notifications' to view the configuration for your notifications.
- Enable 'Ring through all speakers' by clicking on the toggle beside it.
- Make sure that the 'Ringer and alerts volume' is not set to zero.
