Offboarding from VXT doesn't have to be complicated, this guide will walk you through each step with ease.
Leaving VXT? No worries—While we're sad to see you go, we'll help make it quick and easy. This article will cover:
Refund Policy
Following our Terms of Service (Section 12.2), we strictly do not provide refunds. All payments are final, non-cancelable, and non-refundable, unless VXT agrees, is required by Law, or is outlined in your Order Form.
Porting out numbers
If you decide to port out your numbers from VXT, please send an email to info@vxt.co.nz, providing the number(s) you wish to port out. From here on, your new provider will be managing the porting process.
After porting out, you can proceed with cancelling your subscription with VXT. Please follow these quick and simple steps to do so.
⚠️ Please do NOT close your VXT account until you're done porting ⚠️
Cancelling your subscription
If you decide not to port your numbers from VXT, all you'd need to do is cancel your subscription.
- Go to 'Admin' at the bottom left corner of the screen.
- Click on 'Billing' to enter the billing page.
- Click on the three dots on the 'Phone section' under Subscription.
- Select 'Cancel Subscription'
- Read the prompt carefully to avoid any mishaps and hit 'Confirm'.
Please keep in mind that you won't be able to keep your phone number and will need to resubscribe to regain access to it—except in cases where you port out—provided that you resubscribe before the end of your billing period.
Your numbers will be deleted when your subscription expires (end of your billing period)
That's it! If you decide to purchase a new subscription after cancelling your current one, don't worry—your new subscription will start immediately. We appreciate and value your time with us, so feel free to contact us if you need help with anything else!
