Allow VXT calls (app notifications) during Do Not Disturb on your smartphone

By default, your phone will block calls from VXT when Do Not Disturb is enabled.

iOS (iPhone) and Android devices have 'modes' that automatically turn on at set times and prevent applications from delivering notifications. To deliver phone calls to your mobile device via our mobile application, we use push notifications. If Sleep mode is activated, calls won't ring on your phone.

Instructions

Open the Settings app on your phone
Click Focus (iOS) or Modes and Routines (Android)
Select a mode
Make sure VXT is allowed to send notifications
Repeat 3 and 4 as you see fit
