      Allow VXT calls (app notifications) during Do Not Disturb on your smartphone

      By default your phone will block calls from VXT during Do Not Disturb. This article will show you how to change those settings.

      iOS (iPhones) and Android devices have 'modes' that turn on automatically based on a schedule and prevent applications from delivering notifications. 


      To deliver a phone call to your mobile device via our mobile application we use push notifications, so if you have Sleep mode activated, calls wont ring on your phone.

      Instructions

      1. Open the Settings app on your phone
      2. Click Focus (iOS) or Modes and Routines (Android)
      3. Select a mode
      4. Make sure VXT is allowed to send notifications
      5. Repeat 3 and 4 as you see fit
