      Lead Docket

      VXT syncs with Lead Docket to automate notes, transcribe calls, and display caller IDs for better communication. It also supports click-to-call and works on both mobile and desktop.

      Overview

      Elevate your law firm with VXT, the cloud-based VoIP phone system built for Lead Docket users. VXT automatically automates your note creation and syncs your contacts from Lead Docket, so you always know who is calling.

      Record and transcribe your phone calls

      Our call recording and transcription feature makes it easy to record important calls. VXT can automatically transcribe your call recordings so that they can be saved as a note to on a lead in Lead Docket. This makes it easy to review specific parts of the conversation at a later date. Recording your calls can be a great tool to mitigate risk and keep detailed records.

      Understand who’s calling

      We sync your contacts from Lead Docket and display names against caller IDs so you know who's calling when you answer the phone. With instant access to the caller's name and information, you never have to ask "John, who?" ever again. With contacts available in VXT you can search by name in the app when you want to make a call.

      Click to call from Lead Docket

      Call straight out of Lead Docket from the Leads page. Clicking on supported links will open the VXT app and initiate a call in seconds.

      Mobile and desktop apps

      Take calls from anywhere using our mobile or desktop applications. Our Lead Docket integration works on both!

      💡. Only contacts with leads are synced to VXT. Contacts who are only "related contacts" on a lead or have no associated leads will not appear in VXT. They also will not be shown in call notes. 

      How to Connect Lead Docket to VXT

      Step 1: Navigate to Integrations in VXT

      1. Log into the VXT App.
      2. Click on your Settings
      3. Click Integrations.

      Step 2: Set up Lead Docket Integration

      1. Scroll down and find Lead Docket in the list of available integrations.
      2. Click on Lead Docket.
      3. Fill out the Subdomain and API Key:
         
        1. Your subdomain is near the start of your Lead Docket URL, before "leaddocket.com". For example: if your URL is https://example.leaddocket.com/ your subdomain is "example".
        2. Your API key can be found by opening Lead Docket and navigating to Manage → Settings → Account Settings. The API key is near the bottom of the page. More instructions can be found in Lead Docket's API Key and Console support article.
      4. Click Connect.

      Step 3: Verify the Integration

      1. Once connected, VXT will begin syncing contacts that have leads.
      2. Try making a test call and check if the contact details appear correctly in VXT.
