Occasionally, you may experience a problem with a call. The call may have dropped, the integration notes may not have pulled through or the quality may not have been great.
So that we can resolve this quickly, please report the call to our team following these steps.
Step One: Go to your recent calls and click the three dots on the call you wish to report.
Step Two: Click 'Give Feedback'.
Step Three: Give the call a thumbs up or thumbs down. You will then be prompted to explain your issue.
