How to report a bad call

When you have a call with bad call quality you can report it to our support and engineering team so that we can investigate.

 

If you experienced bad call quality or you found any issue relating to a call, you can report these calls to our engineering team who will be able to investigate it so that we can get a better idea of possible causes. You can also look over this separate article for more information on call quality and how to improve them.

This article contains the steps to follow on how to report a call through:

Desktop application or web browser

Reporting a previous call

  1. Locate the call you would like to report through the 'Phone' page and select the relevant conversation.

  2. Hover over the call and click 'Notes and Integrations'.

  3. Click the 'GIVE FEEDBACK' button.

  4. Describe the issues you experience and hit 'Submit'.

  5. Let us know you've reported the call by sending us an email through (info@vxt.co.nz).

Reporting the call immediately after hanging up

  1. The notes and integrations window automatically pops up after every call. Click on the 'GIVE FEEDBACK' button on the bottom left corner of the window.

  2. Describe the issues you experience and hit 'Submit'.

  3. Let us know you've reported the call by sending us an email through (info@vxt.co.nz).

Mobile Application

  1. Open the mobile app and navigate to the 'Phone' page.

  2. Select the relevant conversation where the call you want to report happened.

  3. Tap on the call you would like to report.

  4. Press the    icon at the top right corner of the screen and choose 'Give feedback'.

  5. Describe the issues you experience and hit 'Save'.

  6. Let us know you've reported the call by sending us an email through (info@vxt.co.nz).
