When you have a call with bad call quality you can report it to our support and engineering team so that we can investigate.
If you experienced bad call quality you can report your call to our engineering team who will be able to investigate it so that we can get a better idea of possible causes.

To report a call please follow the following instructions.
If you'd like to report a previous call
Navigate to the Inbox screen, and then find the call you would like to report.
Click on the Notes and Integrations button.
Click on the GIVE FEEDBACK button.
Describe the issues you experienced and hit submit.
Message our team that you have reported the call.
If you just finished the call
Immediately after the call, click on the GIVE FEEDBACK button in the bottom left hand corner of the notes screen.
