Remove a user from your team

It's easy to delete a user from your account and reassign any of their phone numbers.

💡

Deleting a user is a permanent action and cannot be undone. Make sure you are deleting the right account. 

You can delete users from your account by following these steps:

1. Once you are logged into VXT, navigate to the Admin tab in the bottom-left-corner of your screen,
2. Navigate to the Members page,
3. Select the user you would like to delete,
4. Click on the Delete Account button at the bottom of the individual users' profile,
5. Enter their email address and click on Delete.
