Physical SIP phones
VXT is only supported via our web, desktop and mobile applications. VXT does not support any physical SIP desk phones such as Yealink and Cisco.

Headsets
For the best call quality VXT recommends a wired stereo headset such as the Jabra Evolve2 40.
Wireless devices such as Bluetooth headsets or earphones can be used, but wired connections generally provide more stable performance. If you choose a wireless headset, you may experience call quality issues that VXT cannot troubleshoot.
