Contact syncing

Syncing contacts from integrations allows VXT to display contact information on incoming calls and elsewhere.

Most VXT customers manage their contacts in their practice management system, like Clio, and sync those contacts to VXT using our integrations so that we can display contact information on incoming calls and elsewhere in the app. 

Common issues

Wrong contact name displayed on a phone call

If the wrong contact name is displayed on a phone call in VXT, it is likely because the phone number involved in the call is saved against that contact profile in the software we sync your contacts from.
