Conference calls

In this article, we'll cover conference calls and how to start one.


A conference call is a phone call with more than two participants.

You can add participants to an ongoing call using the Add to call feature. 

VXT supports up to 15 participants on a phone call at once. 

Using Add to call to start a conference

  1. Start a normal phone call by calling the first participant.
  2. Click the button with three vertical dots, then click Add to call:
  3. Search for the person(s) you'd like to add by name or phone number, and select them.


  4. At the bottom of the selection window, click Add selected to call.

  5. Once the person you added answers the phone they will be added to the conversation.

🧠 You can select and add multiple people to a call simultaneously.  

VXT does not support transferring a conference call.
